Annual Russell 1.2/5/10K Run
October 21 9:00 am - 11:30 am
A group of our local runners are planning to travel on Sat. Oct 21 to Russell, Ontario to participate in this low key event.
It is planned to make it a fun day out for all with the run followed by a tasty fall lunch in one of the local diners. (Ed Eby is scouting them out!)
All are welcome to join in the excursion. Carpooling encouraged.
Russell is SE of Ottawa close to Embrun, about a 1hr:15mm drive from Brockville.
