Annual Russell 1.2/5/10K

A group of our local runners are planning to travel on Sat. Oct 19 to Russell, Ontario to participate in this very well organized low key event.
As was the case in 2023, It is planned to make it a fun day out for all with the run followed by a tasty fall lunch in one of the local diners.
All are welcome to join in the excursion. Carpooling encouraged.
Russell is SE of Ottawa close to Embrun, about a 1hr:15mm drive from Brockville.
