Race director Ed Eby has been working hard and the pieces are falling into place.

The great news is that plans are underway to hold TIPs, as it is affectionately called, again this year.
Ed Eby has volunteered to act as race director. Ed will of course be looking to recruit a crew of volunteers to help. No experience required, you will receive instructions.
So please contact Ed ed_eby@hotmail.com and let him know you’re eager and willing to help.
The last time this popular fall event was held on the traditional Thousand Islands’ Parkway was 2019.
The 2023 edition is scheduled for Saturday, September 9. The event consists of a 5K and a 21.1K half marathon each run on a certified, traffic-free course.
